We do everything we can so you can be 100% satisfied with your print. We know that our product is especially important for you as it represents your dreams or it’s a gift for some very important to you.
That is why we are using only reliable printing partners around the world and we do double quality control before shipping our prints to make sure that the Dream Board you receive is only a superb FIVE STAR QUALITY.
Due to personal configuration, inscriptions, and design on our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you received a product which was damaged during transit or you are unhappy with the quality of the print you have received please contact us through our customer service portal HERE or email email@example.com
Please send us a clear photo showing the defect of the print or damaged packing and our customer service team will take care of this and offer you a refund or a replacement.
If you have selected an incorrect product, color, or size while marking the order we cannot accept returns for the customer error, wrong sized order, or customer oversight or partial returns.
We also don’t offer refunds if the shipping address entered by you was incorrect. Instead, we can offer to reship your product for a re-shipping fee to a new address after we receive it back from our courier.
