How do I check my order?

If you placed an order, confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you have decided to purchase DIGITAL POSTER a download link to a PDF file will be included in that mail so you can immediately download your dream board.

If you have decided to purchase PRINTED POSTER your order went into the queue for printing. Please wait for the next email from us which will include a tracking code so you will be able to check where is your shipment.

Are my poster and package safe and free from COVID-19?

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we thought it would be helpful to let you know a little about our printing and packing process. For environmental reasons we always create, print, and ship all our prints as locally as possible. If you purchase the Dream Board in the USA it is printed and packed in California. If you are in any of the European countries your Dream Board is shipped from Poland.

We want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines on COVID-19. Our priority is the safety of our customers, employees, and partners. We have resources in place across our facilities to ensure to monitor the situation actively and respond with proper measures if necessary adhering to Government advice. 

We are currently taking a number of additional precautions including:

  • Reinsuring the good personal hygiene of all staff and supplying gloves and antibacterial hand sanitizers to everyone across our labs
  • Additional and regular cleaning of all equipment and communal areas with disinfection liquids proven to be effective against COVID-19
  • Increasing awareness of staff and visitors who may have been exposed to high-risk areas 
  • Advanced planning in our supply chain for all the shipping zones.
  • Working with our teams and partners to ensure our staff are aware of the latest government protocols

What to do if I need a LAST MINUTE gift?

If you need a quick LAST MINUTE GIFT we have a great option for you.

You can choose our DIGITAL POSTER and download your ready custom-made poster in a PDF file immediately after you complete your purchase. You can print the poster in any photo-lab near your place. Such labs are widely available in every city.


There is also one more fantastic feature coming to our website in January 2021.

These will be the ready sets FOR HER, FOR HIM, FOR THEM.

If you need a quick but unique and memorable gift for a birthday, Valentine’s day, bachelor party, anniversary, wedding, or any other occasion these sets will be the perfect option for you. You can still customize the Quote/Personal Dedication, change color, and as many photos, as you need or want. The gift will be ready in literally just a few minutes. If You are really in hurry choose DIGITAL POSTER in our generator and download it as a PDF and print it in any photo-lab near your place or if you still have time and you live in the USA, Canada, EU you can choose the PRINTED POSTER option and get it shipped to your home.

Can I save my dream board design and continue later?

At the moment it’s not possible to save and continue later but we are programming this option now and it will be available in January 2021.

It will be possible to save up to 7 favorite boards for up to 14 days. After this time they will be automatically deleted.

Each saved design will have a date & time stamp so you can identify them easily.

What if I made a mistake while designing my poster?

We are fully aware that mistakes can happen, that’s why we try to help you with that. Therefore, if you made a mistake with the information on the poster, we can give you access again (up to 14 days from the moment of order) so you can correct and order a new version for half the original price.

What if I made mistake with my order?

If you have recently placed an order, you have 24 hours from placing your order to make the necessary adjustments. Please contact us at our support portal so we can see what can be done.

Can I return or exchange a gift card?

Our gift cards will be available from January 2021. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and you cannot redeem them for cash.

What if I am dissatisfied with the product?

We make every effort to ensure that our product is of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged product during transport, you are not satisfied with the print quality, or there is an error, please contact our service office by, and send detailed photos of the damage to the item and packaging. We are fully responsible for damage in transit. In this case, we bear the costs of reprinting and shipping or reimbursement of costs incurred. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you are just not satisfied with your purchase as your poster is a custom product and cannot be sold again.

We are not responsible for errors when placing an order. Our board is a fully customized product that cannot be sold to any other customer. If you have made a mistake, you are fully responsible.

Where do we print

We currently cooperate with two printing houses in the world, the first in The United States in California and the second in Poland. We are already in talks with more partners around the world which will result in even faster and cheaper shipments going to Australia, New Zeeland, Asia, and the Middle East.

All orders are shipped with tracking codes. If you have any problems with your shipment or think it should have already been delivered – email us at and we will take care of it for you. We cannot talk to carriers on your behalf, but there may be some information we can help you with when you talk to them.
