We make every effort to ensure that our product is of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged product during transport, you are not satisfied with the print quality, or there is an error, please contact our service office by email@example.com, and send detailed photos of the damage to the item and packaging. We are fully responsible for damage in transit. In this case, we bear the costs of reprinting and shipping or reimbursement of costs incurred. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you are just not satisfied with your purchase as your poster is a custom product and cannot be sold again.
We are not responsible for errors when placing an order. Our board is a fully customized product that cannot be sold to any other customer. If you have made a mistake, you are fully responsible.
