If you have already placed an order and want to change any data in the shipping address, you can do so when the order has not yet been sent to the printing queue. Enter the order confirmation option and use the button to edit the shipping address. Once your order has been submitted to the printing queue, you must immediately email us at help@tbd.themastercut.co, with the order number and details you wish to change or add. You must do this within 24 hours of ordering shipping. After this time, it may be too late to make a change. In this case, the package will be returned to the sender, but you can receive it at your correct delivery address for an additional charge for the shipping in the area concerned.
